As a Consultant Neurosurgeon, Mr Fannin has many years of wide-ranging experience both in England and Northern Ireland; He is available to provide authoritative and comprehensive medico-legal reports on a wide variety of neurosurgical conditions for clients in Northern Ireland and elsewhere.


These include

Cranio-cerebral trauma of all types.
Spinal injury including cervical problems, "whip-lash" injury, traumatic quadriplegic and paraplegia, lumbar spine disease and injury.
Peripheral nerve problems.
Medical negligence and malpractice with reference to neurosurgical practice.

He is available as an Expert Witness, as well as providing standard neuro-medico-legal assessments for both Plaintiff and Defendant. Clients will normally be assessed within 6-8 weeks of receiving instructions and reports will be available within 12-21 days thereafter.
